Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Backups are encrypted too.
Your data, and what we do with it
Kantise aggregates sleep, weight and mood. That's sensitive data, and you're entitled to know exactly how it's handled before trusting us with it.
What's in place
Pseudonymisation
Your usage data is tied to a technical identifier, kept separate from your direct identity as far as the service allows.
European hosting
The infrastructure is hosted with Clever Cloud, in Europe, and undergoes regular security audits.
Official API connections
We never ask for your passwords. Connectors go through each service's official authorisation, revocable at any time.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data. Our model is subscription, not advertising.
- No ad profiling, no reselling to data brokers.
- Your personal data is not used to train models.
What you keep
- Export of your data, in a reusable format.
- Deletion of your account, which immediately wipes your data from our live databases. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- Revoking a connector at any time, from Kantise or from the service itself.

If you think you've found a vulnerability, write to us before publishing anything. We acknowledge receipt and keep you posted on the fix.
