How a manual tracker works

  1. You define the metric

A number, a scale, a checkbox, a counter, a note or a photo. Coffees, pages read, minutes of meditation, pain, mood: the metric is yours.

  2. A few seconds to log

Tracking only lasts if it costs less than it returns. A check-in takes a few seconds, with nothing to write out.

  3. The same standing as automatic data

Your manual trackers cross with Spotify, Steam, Withings and weather exactly like an automatic source.

What sensors do not measure

A watch counts steps, not mental load. Manual trackers close the gap between what is measurable and what matters.

  • Your mood and energy, day after day
  • Coffee, alcohol, hydration or any other intake you want to follow
  • The routines you are testing: meditation, reading, walking, screen cut-off
  • The symptoms or pain you are trying to connect to something else
  • The context of a day: remote work, childcare, travel

Manual trackers FAQ

How many trackers can I create?
Three on the free plan, without limit on the Plus plan.
Do I have to log every day?
No. A missed day invalidates nothing: correlations are computed on the days you did record.
Can I track something other than numbers?
Yes. A free-form note, a tag, a photo or a ticked box are usable data in the same way as a numeric value.
Do manual trackers count in correlations?
Yes, exactly like an automatic source. They are often the ones that give the curves their meaning.
